Richmond gallery hosts coloured pencil international art exhibition

The UK Coloured Pencil Society is holding its 18th Annual International Exhibition at The Station, Richmond from Saturday 3rd August to Wednesday 4th September 2019.

The annual exhibitions have been held in many different UK galleries over the years and this will be the furthest north it has been.

This juried exhibition is a rare opportunity to see some of the best coloured pencil art from both UK and international artists from countries such as the USA, Canada, India, Greece, Germany and Spain.

There will be 80 pictures on show, out of around 160 entries received, covering many different subjects and styles, most of them will be for sale.

The Station’s Gallery co-ordinator Jenny Rasbeary said: “The general feedback from the public about the standard of work has been phenomenal and the staff who work in that area of the building said that the public interaction over the last two weeks has been incredible.”
