The owner of a pet food shop which specialises in raw food has marked a year of trading by moving to bigger premises.
Nikki Chandler launched The Raw Store last summer and has been so overwhelmed by the demand for her products that she has moved to new premises more than double the size of her first unit on the Gallowfields Industrial Estate in Richmond.
Nikki, a qualified teacher, said it was a big decision to move but the amount of stock she could now offer meant her business could continue to grow.
She added: “The Raw Store is all about following my dreams and not spending my life wondering ‘what if’.
“I was fascinated by the science behind raw feeding and after listening to the advisors I thought how healthy and complete raw feeding was and it all made absolute sense,
“So after 6 months of reading and research we took the plunge and the rest, as they say, is history.”
The Raw Store can be found at Unit 11, Greenbelt Holdings, Borough Road, Gallowfields Industrial Estate, Richmond.
