A junior football team has thanked a sponsor for its new kit.
Gavin Newall, of Swale Auto Sales II, has paid for home and away kits for Richmond Town U15, which pay bin the third division of the Teesside Junior Alliance League.
Gavin said: “It’s an honour to support our local lads ! We are so proud to sponsor their new strip.”
David Player, who helps run the team, said: “On behalf of the club, the players and I we would like to thank Gav Newall from Swale Auto Sales II for his huge generosity in sponsoring our Team kits for this season.
“Sponsorship has always been quite difficult to obtain for our section in the past, and players’ parents have often had to contribute some, if not all of the funds required for our kits.
“The kits look fantastic and the team are really happy with them. As for the team, they are a great bunch of lads, who put in a great effort week in, week out in a very competitive league – and looking great while they are at it too.”
