A community organisation which helps run Richmond Information Centre is looking for a new operations lead.
Richmond Yorkshire Community Interest Company (CIC) is recruiting someone to assist with the day-to-day operation of the centre and help deliver its wider community projects.
The organisation is looking for someone with experience of managing projects and different workstreams, with experience in a retail environment also potentially useful.
The successful applicant will need to be confident with bookkeeping and basic financial reporting and comfortable working alongside volunteers and partner organisations.
The part-time freelance position will involve around 60 hours a month, with flexible working arrangements.
Much of the work can be carried out from home, although the role will also involve supporting the operation of Richmond Information Centre.
The position is being offered for a year initially, with the possibility of extending it to two years.
Richmond Yorkshire CIC said it was looking for a “talented and enthusiastic” person who would enjoy working with volunteers and partners to help make Richmond an even better place to live.
Anyone wanting further information or an informal conversation about the position can contact Judith Harwood at judith@richmondinfo.net.
Applications were invited through an expression of interest and CV, with interviews due to take place on September 14.
