The new Richmondshire Concerts season has opened with a record number of members and a record audience for the first concert which featured Chiaroscuro Quartet.
The organisers say they expect similar enthusiasm for their next concert, at 7.30pm on 13 October at the Influence Church.
In her first visit to Richmond, pianist Joanna MacGregor will perform a wide-ranging programme of works from Beethoven to the present day, showcasing the extraordinary range of her abilities and the many moods of the piano.
