Richmondshire Cricket Club burgled

The event will be held at Richmondshire Cricket Club.

Police are appealing for witnesses and information after a burglary at Richmondshire Crocket Club.

It happened at the clubhouse in Hurgill Road, Richmond, at about 3.30am on Monday.

The offenders gained entry to the property and caused considerable damage to a gambling machine while inside.

They then made off in the direction of Ronaldshay Park and Quakers Lane.

A police spokesperson said: “We are requesting the public’s assistance to help establish the full circumstances surrounding the incident.”
