A Richmondshire estate agents are to feature in a new TV series.
Dales For Sales looks at the work of Richmond-based Marcus Alderson.
The series follows the work of owner Marcus and assistants Richard, Rosie, Carla and Sue.
A spokesperson for the show said: “From tumbledown barns to dream homes, we’ll follow transactions from ‘for sale’ sign to moving in day, featuring many of the buyers who are flocking to the Dales from the cities searching for a slice of paradise.
“We hit the road with our agents as Marcus’s team appraise, publicise and sell for clients who are often doubling their money.
“We’ll be showing dream homes and rustic nightmares, new arrivals, locals – and their tradesmen and women.
“Each show highlights a star home and a family moving into an idyllic neighbourhood, capturing their story from viewing to sale and moving in day.”
Dales For Sale starts at 9pm on Monday, March 14 on Really on Freeview and discovery+.
