- Richmond East
- Easby
- Skeeby
- Moulton
- Brompton-on-Swale
- Bolton-on-Swale

Residents should leave their bin out at their collection point until council staff are able to return to empty it.
Recycling collections have also been cancelled for today in the following areas:
- Horsehouse
- Gammersgill
- West Scrafton
- Carlton
- Melmerby
- West Burton
- West Witton
- East Witton
- Aysgarth
- Carperby
- Castle Bolton
- Redmire
- Preston-under-Scar
- WEnsley
- Leyburn
- Harmby
- Middleham
- Thornton Steward
- Ulshaw
- Jervaux
The council says they are unable to return for recycling.
Residents should take any items they cannot store to their nearest recycling centre, or place excess out in carrier bags on their next scheduled collection day.

Find it difficult to understand why the council cancel collections on snowy days. Our milkman and postperson + all the food deliveries (Tesco, Sainsbury, Morrison’s etc.) and the parcels for on-line shoppers all seem to deliver safely and successfully.
No offer of reduction in our council tax! To add to the insult the have the nerve to suggest we take our recycling to centres ourselves. Would that be in the snow.?
Richmond council this is happening to often now bloody useless
