A search is taking place for a missing dog which is terrified of humans.
Tinkerbell, a rescue dog, escaped from her home in Scotton on August 28 when she squeezed through a gap in the garden fence.
Mandy Butler, who runs a volunteer networking finding lost dogs, said: “Please do not attempt to shout whistle or catch her as she will run.
“She is absolutely terrified of humans and attempts by people to catch her have pushed her further away.
“Please just call the number on poster 07947866582 if sighted.
“Lots of work is going on in the background to track her down and get her safe.
“This little dog has suffered enough and needs to be found so she can get the help she needs back in her new home.”
