Members of Colburn’s Hanson Sports and Social Club have handed over a £1,500 donation to the Swaledale Mountain Rescue Team (SMRT).
The money was raised with a sponsored Three Peaks challenge undertaken by club members in August.
The team which took part in the challenge included Hammy Hamilton, Louise Hamilton, Steve, Ronnie, Sylvia and Megan Allerston, Rhys Woodward and Chummy Wilcock.
Other club members donated via a bottle in the club.
A further £500 was donated towards the cause by the social club.
The SMRT was chosen because of their support to communities during the floods in July.
