Head chef Gareth Bottomley.

Gareth said: “Friday evening was a huge success. We couldn’t have asked for the evening to go any more smoothly. We finally got to use the kitchen to its full potential.

“We have also got new team in place and they all performed amazingly well. Without them it would not have  been possible. So a big well done and thank you to them.

“This for us was the most pleasing aspect of the evening and leaves us in a great place going forward.”

The Station Café Bar is now open every day, except Christmas Day, 9am – 11pm.
