A man has been arrested on suspicion of drug driving after a collision in Richmond.
The incident happened at 2.05pm on Saturday on Cutpurse Lane.
Officers were called to a report of a crash involving a Seat Ibiza and a parked Nissan Navara
The 20-year-old driver of the Seat failed a roadside drugs test and was arrested.
He has been released under investigation while enquiries continue.
