Reeth Community Orchard/Garden will hold a joint event with the Sustainable Swaledale group to celebrate Apple Day and the Seed to Saplings project.
The event will be held on Saturday, October 25, between 11am and 3pm the in the garden at Hudson House, Anvil Square, Reeth DL11 6TB.
Apples, juicing and produce will be available in exchange for a donation. Please bring your own bottle if you would like to take freshly squeezed juice away with you.
There will also be an opportunity to plant tree seeds gathered from Swaledale’s ancient woodlands for repopulating the local dales and to find out more about the ongoing Seed to Saplings project.
This family event is free to enter and will include activities specifically for children.
