The emergency services came to the aid of an injured walker at a Yorkshire Dales beauty spot today.
Members of Swaledale Mountain Rescue Team were called out to assist the casualty at Aysgarth Falls.
Members assessed the walker before Yorkshire Ambulance Service and a crew from Yorkshire Air Ambulance Service arrived.

The walker was treated a the scene before being taken to the waiting air ambulance to be flown to hospital.
