
Police are appealing for information after a teenager caused £400 of damage to a garage sign.
The criminal damage happened at Brookes Garage, in Darlington Rioad, Richmond, at 10.19pm on Friday, April 8.
Police say a male in their teens kicked a sign which cracked and caused damage costing £400.
A spokesperson for North Yorkshire Police said: “We are requesting the public’s assistance to help establish the full circumstances surrounding the incident.
“In particular, we are appealing for information about who the suspect is.
“The suspect is described as a white male, in his late teens, and was wearing a dark tracksuit with a puffer coat on the night.”
