The Fleece Hotel in Richmond has been put up for sale.
The property has gone on the market with an asking price of £1,750,000.
It comes after the business was closed by owner Chris Miles at the start of the month.
The sale details say the hotel has 13 en-suite letting bedrooms and a popular bar and restaurant.
It also comes with two apartments and consent for a further eight bedrooms.
There is also owner’s accommodation.
Announcing the closure in July, Mr Miles said they were unable to continue due to “unrelenting chronic staffing issues and ever-increasing costs mean”.
The owner stressed that the business had not “gone bust”.
He added: “I am choosing to close at this time to ensure that we can do it on our terms and in an orderly way.”
Mr Miles took over the property in 2019 after the previous owners, who had renovated the building between 2016 and 2018, went into liquidation with debts of more than £230,000.
