The expansion of Catterick Garrison has prompted three established local businesses to launch new branches in the town.
Irvings Estate and Letting Agents have obtained 52 Richmond Road, opposite the Princes Gate Retail Park.
They have also leased part of their building to solicitors Hunton and Garget and independent financial advisers Gale and Phillipson, who are opening a Mortgage Advice Centre.
All three businesses already have branches in Richmond and see the expansion of the garrison town as an opportunity for them.
Michael Irving, Director said “Having had a desire to expand our services into Catterick and the surrounding area for some time, we were very happy to be able to secure the lease on these premises and we would like to thank Herriot Hospice and the MOD for allowing the same.
“Ideally located on this very busy corner, we felt it was a great location for potential clients to access a wider choice of local services and we are looking forward to building relationships with the community.
“The size of the building has also given us the opportunity to approach two local and equally successful, complimentary businesses in Hunton and Garget and Gayle and Phillipson, Mortgage Advice Centre and for them also to take the opportunity to expand their services into Catterick.
