Tractor GPS receivers stolen from Richmondshire farm

Police are appealing for information about the theft of two GPS receivers from a Richmondshire farm.

It happened at Pond Dale Farm off Warrener Lane, Hartforth, near Richmond.

The theft took place between 8.30pm on Wednesday, October 23 and 6am on Thursday, October 24.

Thieves stole two GPS receivers from two tractors, along with an Apple iPad.

The items were worth around £10,000.

A police spokesperson said: “We are requesting the public’s assistance to help establish the full circumstances surrounding the incident.

“In particular, we are appealing for information about any persons involved, location of the items or anyone trying to sell these on.”
