Two women needed hospital treatment after a crash near Middleham on Saturday night.
The emergency services were called to the incident in Coverham Lane at about 10.45pm.
North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service said a Renault car had left the road and collided with a stone wall.
Two female occupants, both in theirs 20s, were extricated by fire service crews and taken to hospital via road ambulance with facial, hip and leg injuries.
Appliances from Masham and Leyburn attended the single vehicle RTC.
Hydraulic cutters/spreaders, smalls tools, stabfast stabilisation equipment and sharps protection were used.
