The Richmond team won the Scotts for Storage Wensleydale League with a game to spare despite going behind to a strike from Kalem Stanger.
Shayne Ketley levelled before half-time, with Tom Keegan giving the Newbiggin team the lead soon after the break.
The three points were sealed when Ketley got his second, and Bailey Proudlock scored a late brace. Substitute Jamie Dimond also netted late on.
Elsewhere, Carperby ended the season with a rout at home against battling Reeth, which saw Wensleydale team jump above local rivals Hawes.
Tom Barley finished from close range after Michael Dent crossed, and Barley got his second soon after, finishing neatly into the bottom corner.
Jimmy Spence got the goal his performance deserved just before half-time after a trademark Dent turn and run.
He slotted the ball through for Spence to lift it past the keeper into the roof of the net. Dent then got on the scoresheet in the second half with a run from his own half when he beat four players before slotting home into the bottom corner.
Scott Lambert got a fifth when he was fouled in the area and picked himself up to finish the penalty well.
Super sub Billy Rice then stole the show with two late goals, charging down the keeper before scoring from the angle for his first and then lobbing the keeper in the final seconds.
