What you’ll be doing:
We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Branch Manager to join us at our established branch in Leyburn. As Assistant Branch Manager you will be supporting our Branch Manager with everything from meeting sales targets to coordinating all aspects of branch operations.
You’ll lead by example and play a key role in coaching and motivating our high performing team to deliver an exceptional customer experience and maximising branch sales.
The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience, ideally gained within a Builder’s Merchant environment, as well as previous leadership/team leader experience. It is also imperative that you are self-motivated, organised and a real team player.
