Job Title: Business Support Administrator
Salary: £22,000 – £26,000 Dependent on Experience
Location: Hawes, North Yorkshire (DL8 3AU)
GTEC is the leading provider of Renewable Training in the UK, with centres across the UK. We are looking to recruit a Business Support Administrator to assist with the smooth running of the business. This opportunity give the applicant, opportunity to get involved in many exciting projects and work with household name companies, as well as developing into the role and finding which areas suit you!
- Answer incoming enquiries, in a fast efficient and customer focused way.
- Working as part of a team to assist the Training manager with pre-course administration.
- Preparation of Course Materials
- Preparing the Training Centre ahead of courses
- Assisting the Managing Director with ongoing project tasks
- Booking of Accommodation/ Travel
- Data Entry
- Course Scheduling
- Organised & Efficient
- Ability to work both as part of a team & independently.
- Competent use of Microsoft 365
- Reliably commute to Hawes (DL8 3AU)
Monday to Friday, (8:30am – 5pm)
