A flatbed van was seized in Richmond yesterday.
The vehicle was stopped at Brooke’s fuel station in Darlington Road.
Police say it had travelled from Darlington despite none of the occupants having a licence or being insured to drive it.
A spokesperson for Richmond police said: “Another unsafe vehicle and persons off the road.
