Police are investigating after a vehicle was damaged in Askrigg.
The criminal damage occurred in Parkins Garth, between 9pm on Friday, April 29 and 9am the following day.
A resident’s vehicle had panels scratched by an unknown implement.
A spokesperson for North Yorkshire Police said: “We are requesting the public’s assistance to help establish the full circumstances surrounding the incident.
“In particular, we are appealing for information if anyone has witnessed the damage being caused.”
