Swaledale Mountain Rescue Team was called to help a walker suffering a medical emergency at Aysgarth Falls.
The incident occurred at Aysgarth Lower Falls, where assistance was requested by the Ambulance Service.
A joint operation was carried out to rescue the casualty, involving volunteer rescuers working alongside land ambulance and air ambulance crews.
