Wensleydale Creamery relaunches butter under new name

The Wensleydale Creamery has added Yorkshire Butter to its line-up and the new product will be hitting store shelves this week.

The Hawes dairy producer and maker of Yorkshire Wensleydale cheese (PGI) has announce that its popular Dales Butter will relaunch under the Yorkshire Butter brand name, a move that will bring its butter in line with its wider Yorkshire dairy product portfolio.

Traditionally churned from fresh Yorkshire cream, Yorkshire Butter is wrapped in stylish black foil with the iconic Wensleydale Creamery branding, which firmly underpins its quality values.

David Hartley, managing director of The Wensleydale Creamery, explains: “We’re pleased to be relaunching our much-loved Dales Butter under the Yorkshire Butter brand name, a move that we believe further strengthens our proud Yorkshire credentials and heritage and brings the branding in line with our wider portfolio of award-winning dairy products.
