Police are appealing for information about a collision between a silver vehicle and a woman in an electric wheelchair.
The incident occurred in Richmond Market Place at around midday on Thursday, January 26.
Police say they are trying to identify the vehicle and the female driver who stopped to make sure the lady in the wheelchair was not injured.
