The emergency services were called yesterday a woman trapped under a vehicle.
The incident was reported in North Road, Middleham, at about 12.45pm.
Fire crews from Leyburn, Masham and Ripon responded to the emergency.
Crews released the female using air bags, stabilisation blocks and a handling sheet.
She was then transported to hospital via road ambulance suffering from broken ribs.
