Four young dancers have worked through the summer holidays to take their exams with the Royal Academy of Dance before the start of the new term.
Mathilda Townend and Eva Tweddle, both aged nine and from Reeth, took grade 2 ballet.
Two older students, Millie Johnson, 12, from Grinton, and Florence Green, 11, from Richmond, took grade 5 ballet.
All the girls are students with Janet Seymour School of Theatre Dance
Janet said: “I’m so proud of the girls and how hard they have worked during their summer holidays to achieve their goal.”
