A Catterick Garrison primary school had a visit from some helpful teenagers during the last week of school.
Young people taking part in the National Citizen Service (NCS) called in to Le Cateau Primary School to do some voluntary work.
The programme is designed to help build skills for work and life, while taking on new challenges and meeting new friends.

The group built a sensory walk in our foundation stage area.
Headteacher Ian Mottram said: “They worked really hard, not only on the project itself but on raising the funds for it.
“Both staff and children were extremely happy with the result and we appreciate all their hard work and dedication.”
